So we found out I'm Lactose Intolerant
<This is how I feel right now.
So at least for a month or two no dairy products, I tried to day... I wasn't good. Two ounces of yogurt, I was getting a reaction... But at least I can still have chocolate, actually coco powder helps because it helps slow things down... How cool? So does sugar, since I bake a lot I have both on hand, so I made cold chocolate with almond milk. It tasted good and made me feel better! I'm going to the doctor's soon but for now, pure hell.
